Jackson County Intermediate School District, on behalf of Hillsdale County Intermediate is soliciting bids to upgrade the internal connections between the Districts network wiring closets. The District requests proposals for the installation, testing, and acceptance of the Telecommunications Distribution System described in the attached RFP specifications and drawings. Prices quoted shall be all-inclusive and represent complete installation at the sites shown on the attached drawings and in the attached specifications. The Vendor shall be responsible for all parts, labor, and all other associated apparatus necessary to completely install, test, and turnover for acceptance to the Customer the Telecommunications Distribution System. The building that the district is looking for cabling in is as follows: 3471 Beck Road Hillsdale, MI 49242. Timeline: Intent To Bid Form Deadline - Wednesday, November 4, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Required Vendor Site Visit - Tuesday, November 10, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. RFP Technical Questions Deadline Friday, November 20, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. Proposal Due Date Friday, December 4, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. This RFP packet will be available on our website at the following link, http://www.jcisd.org, under the About Us/Proposals/Bids tab.
