(1) Vendor needs to provide body cameras, GPS system and repairs service to the government authority located in San Antonio TX.• This camera system aims to help provide better service for our officers, students, staff, and public safety• It will reduce officer complaints by delivering video, voice, and contact data, promoting officer compliance to department policy and procedures• The use of officer body–camera systems is a current topic by state and federal legislatures that may mandate police departments in the future.– Body Camera System specifications:• Pre–event, or no Pre–event capable• Device/Camera control, Voice remote control, and media wrist remote controller• Device/Camera capable of voice and live feed• Holster weapon removed and replaced notification function• Central monitoring has live video/voice interaction capability• Must be able to connect to Enterprise Grade Encryption with a private key self–signed certificate• Is capable of clustering with other existing body cameras within the same incident at scenes• Unlimited cloud base video and metadata storage for all devices and systems• Complete damaged equipment replacement and upgrades for the term of contract• Camera capable of performing crime scene 360–degree virtual reality video documentation• Video editing capability to fog or blur of faces of juvenile or other non–intended identification of individuals or areas• Embedded watermarking across the main body of the video identifying specific users• Ability to share video and metadata through secure email with rights/share control• Full onsite in–person training for all officers and system administrators• All Hardware, Software, and Licenses• 24/7 support and full vendor warranty for a term of the contract(2) The contract period will be for one year.
