CONS-24304 - USA (North Kingstown, Rhode Island) - Construction Manager at Risk Services - Deadline October 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk services to the government authority located in North Kingstown, RI.• The Construction Manager at Risk shall be responsible for cost estimating and reconciliation of later phases of design including Design Development, and approximately mid–point through Construction Documents, cost control management, scheduling, phasing plans, logistics, value engineering, systems life cycle cost analysis, constructability reviews, permitting assistance, subcontractor pre–qualification and procurement and bidding, and shall assume responsibility for confirming completeness of the 90% construction documents to eliminate claims that may arise from ambiguities, conflicts, overlaps or omissions in the 100% construction documents(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 7, 2026.
