EQU-19374 - USA (Saint Paul, Minnesota) - RFI for Reverse Osmosis System - Deadline August 19,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide reverse osmosis system modifications to the government authority located in Saint Paul, MN.a. Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials required to perform the work outlined below. This work includes but is not limited to:i. Disconnect SPS DI main critical water loop and reconnect to the RO Main line.ii. Replace the RO main branch piping above BA–101 mechanical so that the main branch piping is all the same size.iii. Add 10 flushing and testing ports to all points of use on the RO critical water loopiv. Install new UV Sterilizer CUVR5–555 rated at 58 gpm ( Modular control panel with LED display for UV output, remaining lamp life, total running hours, audible and visual lamp failure, remote on and solenoid ready 316 L stainless steel, polished reactors, with integral sensor port to allow for sensor upgradeability in the future ( comes standard with visual glow plug) 2 NPT connections. v. Install new multi cartridge filter housing. ( Shelco 7 round by 20 inch filter housing holds 7 filters total, 7 seven 20 inch Endotoxin Ameriwater Final Filters). vi. Isolate two DI water lines to sink in rooms BB–137 and BD–112. These sinks are not used and need to be isolated at the main loop in the interstitial. vii. Sanitize RO critical water loop after installation.viii. Install 4 steam sampling ports, one to each of the 4 steam sterilizers.ix. Replace the RO low pressure switch.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
