Description
(1) Vendor needs to provide adequacy planning guide (APG) update services to the government authority located in Albuquerque, NM.– Consultant will evaluate existing planning resources, synthesize relevant best practices and emerging educational programs, assess facility and campus space types, and prepare technical products.– Prepare and implement a project–specific quality control plan to ensure technical accuracy, internal consistency, clear documentation of assumptions and methodologies, and completeness.– Cataloging and describing all current APG content, including space allocations, eligibility criteria, and guidance language.– Gap analysis identifying opportunities to address school security, school bus and personal vehicle electrification, renewable energy generation on school campuses, site selection best practices.– Synthesize best practices and emerging educational programs.– Identifying innovative or evolving approaches to space allocation, program integration, anddesign flexibility that align with emerging educational practices.– Evaluating site and operational considerations associated with personal vehicle and electric school bus charging where relevant.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 7,2026.(3) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 30, 2026.
