(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.• Allow varying segment lengths and configurable account structures.• Support automated release of donor restrictions where applicable.• Support multiple ledgers and entities with intercompany transactions, eliminations, and consolidated reporting.• Support recurring, reversing, and allocation journal entries.• Support configurable approval workflows for manual journal entries.• Maintain a complete audit trail for financial transactions and journal activity.• Support the ability to consolidate retained earnings to a single account by fund.• Support general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cost allocation, budgeting, and reporting within an integrated financial environment.• Allow selected chart–of–accounts ranges to be carried forward into subsequent fiscal years without requiring manual re–entry.• Allow appropriately authorized users to temporarily reopen soft–closed periods.• Support two–way matching for appropriate non–PO or non–receipt transactions.• Automatically identify matching exceptions and route them for review and approval.• Support multiple accounts receivable control accounts.• Allow customer records to be deactivated while retaining complete historical activity.• Support electronic import of bank statements.• The system shall support operating, capital, grant, and project budgeting within an integrated budgeting environment.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on November 02, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than November 06, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for five years.
