EXTRA-72153 - USA (Pend Oreille, Washington) - Diving Services - Deadline July 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide diving services on an as–needed basis to the government authority located in Pend Oreille, WA. – Provide commercial diving services to assist with maintenance and projects primarily at agency dam.  • Diving services:– Work in depths of up to 120 feet.– Possess extensive knowledge of the construction and operation of hydroelectric projects and other public infrastructure.– Ability to make repairs and modifications to submerged concrete and metal and structures and equipment.– Ability to meet minimum standards for underwater construction and diving.– Assist with underwater maintenance tasks including inspections, documentation, debris removal and minor repairs.– Ability to work in all extremes of weather.– Have a proven safety record that includes the use of Lock–Out/Tag Out and certifications appropriate to the diving industry.– Respond to emergency calls for diving services.– Provide underwater imaging and 3D mapping preferred.– Produce reports in a timely manner with dive video and electronic format.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 9, 2026.
