(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in East Greenbush, NY. – Provide janitorial services county office building.– Entrance Vestibules: Clean entrance glass (this does not include the large exterior glass wall of the building), remove fingerprints and smudges, vacuum floors and mats, damp mop tile floors.– Lobby, offices, conference rooms and corridors: dust all furnishings including desk tops, tables, credenzas, cabinets and other reachable horizontal surfaces. – Dust window blinds, dust ceiling vents, vacuum edges, corners and hart to get areas of carpeting. damp mop tile floors thoroughly.(2) Pre–bid job–walk visit will be held on October 16, 2026.
