EDUCATION-17712 - USA (Quantico, Virginia) - RFI for Strangulation Training Service - Sources Sought - Deadline July 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide strangulation training service to the government authority located in Quantico, VA.  – The strangulation investigations course will provide agents with new information to help refute or corroborate strangulation allegations and enable more successful prosecutions of violent offenses– the courses will be scheduled to reach the largest possible audience of agents.– The training will help agents identify the signs and symptoms of non–fatal strangulation cases, understand and recognize medical aspects of victims, and investigate cases for prosecution.
