(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Fresno, CA.– Service Days: Services shall be performed after each workday, Monday through Friday.– Service Hours: Services shall be performed between the hours of 6:00 P.M. and 6:00 A.M. following each workday. Services following Friday workdays may be performed at any time after 5:30 P.M. on the Friday and prior to 6:00 A.M. on the following Monday.– Empty trash/ replace liners as needed – General dusting. – Remove cobwebs. – Vacuum carpet. – Remove staples and paper clips from carpet. – Sweep hard surface floors. – Entry glass door cleaning. – Spot clean from smudges interior lobby glass. – Clean/disinfect doorknobs and handrails. – Spot clean windows, walls, doors, jams, and light switches. – Damp wipe and clean lobby chairs. – Clean and polish drinking fountains. – Clean whiteboards. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2026.
