(1) Vendor needs to provide social media strategy and management services.–  Provide social media strategy, management, and/or coaching services to enhance the department’s digital presence and engagement.– Provide social media performance, improve public health messaging reach, and strengthen community engagement across platforms.• Development of a monthly content strategy in advance.• Creation and scheduling of 2 posts per week (8 posts per month).• Fully written, SEO–optimized captions for each post.• Visual editing, including:– Basic reel editing.– Canva graphic design (County provides raw content; vendor completes final assets).• Content scheduling via Meta Business Suite.• Initial full profile optimization for both platforms.• Monthly 20–minute strategy call.• Monthly analytics report summarizing performance and recommendations.• Meta profile optimization.• Development of a content and marketing strategy framework.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.
