Qualified List of Contractors for PHA Rehabs 2024 - Additional Contractors

The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (Agency), on behalf of the Housing Authority of the City of Sacramento and the Housing Authority of the County of Sacramento, and its constituent entities, is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for General Building contractors licensed by the State of California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) interested in preforming repairs at various Housing Authority public housing sites. The Agency is seeking to expand our current list of qualified General Contractors by selecting responsive and responsible submissions, in order to provide these services . Interested licensed B-General contractors must attend One of the Two pre-proposal meetings. Possible subcontracting trades are the following: Cabinet, Millwork & Finish Carpentry; C-6, Ceramic & Mosaic Tile; C-54, Drywall Contractor; C-9, Electrical Contractor; C-10, Flooring & Floor Covering; C-15, Framing & Rough Carpentry; C-5, Landscaping Contractor; C-27, Lathing & Plastering; C-35 , Painting & Decorating; C-33, Plumbing Contractor; C-36, Roofing Contractor; C-39, Asbestos Abatement; C-22 Additionally, applicable subtrades may vary from project to project and could include other subtrades not listed here. A specific list will be included with each bid. The services under this contract may be used by any department, division, or legal entity of the Agency. The services may also be used for those special projects the Agency takes on in targeted communities and administers on behalf of federal and local funds for a variety of community service programs.
