(1) Vendor needs to provide professional services to the government authority located in San Francisco, CA.• Developing and executing the training and familiarization program to prepare Airport stakeholders and tenants to be able to operate and maintain the new facility.• Preparing and coordinating operational trials to demonstrate how Airport personnel can operate systems and processes during normal, irregular, and emergency conditions.• Developing Activation operational maps tailored to the specific Airport stakeholder groups’ functions.• Facilitating assessments with Airport stakeholders for additional staffing requirements and service level agreements for the new facility, equipment, and/or systems.• Review and report on progress of the design–builder regarding testing procedures and clearly document the procedures in a test plan as it pertains to technology infrastructure.• Provide budget and funding report services, documenting sources of funds and cash flow projections for the Project.• Provide budget and funding report services, documenting sources of funds and cash flow projections for the Project.• Prepare and review cost benefit analysis.• Reconcile the project scope with appropriate budgets(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026.(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 10, 2026.
