(1) Vendor needs to provide family support center service to the government authority located in Erie, PA. • Provide social service counseling or partner with an agency providing social service counseling to address the social service needs of public housing students.• Develop programs that address residents' quality of life or social service needs.• Help families make critical connections to other families and resources in the community.• Provide individualized, family driven support that respects family culture, values, and preferences.• Develop and implement a plan to provide programs and services to residents who are immigrant or refugee.• Provide computer education classes, including basic computer instruction to 40 adult residents in a 12–month period.
