(1) Vendor needs to provide event venue cleaning services to the government authority located in Knoxville, TN.• Liquid waste: All liquids must be collected into buckets and disposed of in “sanitary drain.” • Disposing of liquid waste in the seating area or in storm drains is prohibited.• Trash collection: Sweep or vacuum all loose trash and place in bags. All bagged trash must be placed into the designated trash compactor or dumpster.• Mopping: Detail mopping of seating areas. Mopping residue must be removed from backs of chairs and concrete risers. Seating area floor must not be tacky after mopping.• Spot cleaning plastic seating: Spot cleaning of plastic seating, including chair backs.• Recyclable items include:• Empty bottles.• Programs, playbills and newspapers.• Aluminium cans.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 15, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
