ACCT-26604 - USA (Santa Fe, New Mexico) - Financial Advisory Services - Deadline October 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide financial advisory services to the government authority located in Santa Fe, NM.– Bond Counsel, prepare and manage the issuance timetable for each bond and shall oversee all debt transactions undertaken.– Reviewing the State’s capital program and opportunities for refunding; – Preparing an annual statewide debt affordability study; – Working with rating agencies and State officials to manage the State’s credit ratings, including coordinating annual meetings with ratings agencies; – The Contractor shall meet regularly with senior rating analysts, provide required financial information, and make all efforts and take all necessary actions to maintain or improve the credit ratings of the State and be responsible for advocating for rating upgrades. – Provide timely analyses and advice, written comments, and legislative amendment proposals concerning legislative initiatives. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.
