Vendor needs to provide media buying of flagship public–awareness campaigns service. – For the media planning, buying, optimization and reporting of its flagship public–awareness advertising campaigns over a period of up to three years, dependent on funding (2026 to 2028).– The framework covers the media strategy, planning, buying, optimisation, reconciliation and reporting for flagship public–awareness and behaviour–change advertising campaigns.– This includes, but is not limited to, the Signs of Hope campaign and any successor flagship campaign that replaces or develops it.– Creative design and production is procured separately and Centre shall be under no obligation to purchase a minimum amount of services under the framework.
