(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal building hvac replacement services to the government authority located in Nazareth, PA.– The complete removal of existing heating and air conditioning equipment; replacement with new heating and air conditioning equipment; and, installation of all new units on the roof of the building with structural modifications, including all labor, equipment, materials, and all other facilities necessary and proper to complete–in–place.• Refrigerant Detection System.• Smart Equipment Controller Including Discharge Air, Return Air and Outdoor Air TemperatureSensors.• Microchannel All Aluminum Condenser Coil, Copper Tube/Aluminum Fin Evaporator Coil.• Galvanized Steel Drain Pan.• System Decommissioning: Remove the outdated gas Furnaces, Evaporator Coils, and OutdoorCondensing Units.• RTU Installation: Install packaged rooftop units configured to meet the specific ventilation,heating, and cooling loads of the municipal offices.• ASHRAE 62.1 Integration: Program and balance the outdoor air dampers.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 1, 2026.(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 9, 2026.
