(1) Vendor needs to provide on–premise Tyler Munis system. – Provide Information regarding Software–as–a–Service (SaaS) solutions to replace its current on–premise Tyler Munis system.– Agency seeking information on two solution areas: • An integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Human Capital Management (HCM) platform supporting Finance, Payroll, and HR functions.• A separate Customer Information System (CIS) for Water/Sewer Utility Billing, meter operations, and field maintenance.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 20, 2026.
