(1) Vendor needs to provide testing, adjusting and balancing services to the government authority located in Pompano Beach, FL.• Provide comprehensive Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) services, HVAC system performance analysis, critical environment certification, hydronic system optimization, building automation system (BAS) optimization, and related consulting services on an as–needed basis across all Broward Health facilities.– Services may include, but are not limited to:• Air system testing, adjusting, and balancing• Hydronic system testing, adjusting, and balancing.• Airflow and pressurization validation.• Critical environment certification and compliance testing.• Smoke evacuation system testing and annual certification.• Chiller plant performance evaluation and optimization.• Pump performance testing and optimization.• Air handling unit performance testing and optimization.• Building automation system (BAS) performance analysis and optimization.• Operating Rooms.• Procedure Rooms.• Catheterization Laboratories.• Sterile Processing Departments.• Pharmacy Compounding Areas.• Clean Utility Rooms.• Soiled Utility Rooms.• Laboratories.• Clean Storage Areas.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 7, 2026 (4) Mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on June 30, 2026
