EQU-20570 - USA (El Cajon, California) - Audio Visual Service - Deadline December 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide audio visual service to the government authority located in El Cajon, CA. • Provide and terminate all line–voltage power and low–voltage control cabling for screen motors• Verify screen operation, limit stops, and interface with the Extron control system• Provide wall–mounted up/down and stop controls at the wall location• Provide, install, and determine all electrical components to each of the screen locations, utilizing existing electrical circuits or new circuits where necessary• Provide and install approved ceiling hangers above the ceiling grid to maintain compliance with safety requirements and properly support mounted equipment• Verify throw distance and mounting location for the full image on Draper screens• Provide new or extended mounting hardware, projector plates, safety cables, and alignment accessories as required• Provide new power cabling, signal cabling (HDMI, DTP, or HDBaseT), and control cabling to integrate each projector with the Extron system(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Nov 23, 2026. (3) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on Nov 20, 2026.
