(1) Vendor needs to provide Mod IV and computer aided mass appraisal cloud–based system.– Provide a cloud–based system that also includes a website for public lookup that does not require registration.– In addition to the basic requirements outlined in the manual, it should provide a system of reports to promote efficiency in the assessor’s office that includes the ability to query all the data fields.– It should also include but not be limited to templates for commonly used reports such as sales reports, top ten taxpayers, mailing labels, labels for chapter 91 mailings and ten–year tax history.– The proposal should include the cost of the production and mailing of notice of assessment postcards.– Products should be user friendly and require minimal training for the staff.– Product should be able to house multiple images for each property.– product should be compatible with the agency current tax collection software, Edmunds.– Company must have the ability to comply with the statutory mailing of the notice of assessment postcards.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
