Ben Franklin Transit (hereinafter referred to as “BFT”), a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, located at 1000 Columbia Park Trail, Richland, WA 99352, is requesting quotes to powder coat a minimum of five (5) and maximum of twenty-five (25) bus shelters. The quote shall include all labor at prevailing wage rates, materials, equipment, certifications, permits, transportation, services and warranty required. The Contractor whom provides a quote that is found to be acceptable and at the lowest total estimated value will be the intended awardee.
