QUALITY-2962 - USA (Cleveland, Tennessee) - Employee Drug and Alcohol Testing Services - Deadline August 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide employee drug and alcohol testing services to the government authority located in Cleveland, TN.– Provide random, post–accident, return–to duty drug and alcohol testing services.– Reasonable suspicion drug testing shall be done for the ten (10) screen panel thatincludes testing of the following drugs:• Marijuana Metabolites• Cocaine Metabolites• Opiate Metabolites• Phencyclidine• Amphetamines• Benzodiazepines• Methadone• Ecstasy • Barbiturates• Methamphetamines• Fentanyl– Testing services must be available 24 hours a day every day of the year.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026.
