EQU-19908 - USA (Falconer, New York) - SCADA Maintenance Control and Upgrade Service - Deadline October 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide SCADA maintenance control and upgrade service to the government authority located in Falconer, NY. – SCADA infrastructure will be upgraded and expanded to the latest version of hardware and software.– A modern, standards–compliant SCADA platform capable of supporting multiple open standard protocols, scalability to support 100+ remote sites connected via mediums, such as cellular, radio, cable modems and various communication infrastructures.– Procure all SCADA hardware: servers, workstations, network switches, routers, firewalls, communication equipment, and field devices– Install and configure SCADA server(s), redundant pair configuration, and client workstations, as needed.– Platform must be a commercially supported, industry–proven ADISRA SCADA and HMI package with active vendor support.– Provide real–time and Historical monitoring of all operational control process endpoints.– Deliver comprehensive operator interface (HMI) design meeting ergonomic and usability standards– Integrate with existing control infrastructure, field instrumentation, and enterprise systems.– System modifications will meet operational, cybersecurity, or reliability requirements.– HTML 5 Web–based client access capability without requiring local software installation.– SCADA platform, historian, cybersecurity tools, engineering tools– Communication and networking requirements.– Ensure cybersecurity controls are embedded throughout the system design.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
