(1) Vendor needs to provide security officer services to the government authority located in Aurora, CO.– Provide POST–certified (Peace Officer Standards and Training) armed security and maintain secure detention of individuals in police custody who remain at medical facilities due to medical necessity• Maintain custody and continuous observation of detainees assigned, • Prevent escape, unauthorized contact, and contraband introduction.• Coordinate with hospital staff regarding patient movement, treatment activities, and visitor restrictions.• Continuously monitor detainee behavior and surroundings.• Immediately report emergencies, escape attempts, medical emergencies, disturbances, or suspicious activity• Respond appropriately and lawfully to security incidents.(2) A pre–proposal conference will be held on November 5,2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than November 6, 2026.
