(1) Vendor needs to provide database management administration solution. – Database Management Administration to find a qualified offeror to implement, administer, and optimize data management infrastructure and support services. – The platform must support multiple application programming interface (API) connections, including direct integration with the fee payment portal, AccessGov.– Design, development, implementation, and hosting of a secure, scalable database solution capable of receiving, consolidating, and processing energy benchmarking and compliance data submitted.– The system must allow the program staff to customize the map layout and seamlessly incorporate multiple external GIS layers.– The software must provide robust native analytics and high–level reporting capabilities, including the ability to filter and aggregate data sets by specific criteria.– The system must link submitted performance reports to individual, consumer–facing building scorecards.– Troubleshooting data submission errors, benchmarking software integration, and data validation issues.– Ensure building owners can only view and modify data associated with their authorized properties.– Database management system.– Benchmarking and performance monitoring platform. – Data quality assurance and compliance tracking.– AI and automation strategy and integration plan.– GIS mapping and public disclosure system.– Reporting, analytics, and dashboards.
