(1) Vendor needs to provide consultant and management entity approval service to the government authority located in Salem, OR. – provide consultant services for Residential Care and Assisted Living Facilities licensees, including facilities endorsed as Memory Care Facilities. Applicants are being sought with expertise in operations, licensure standards, and levels of care through this RFA and encouraged to submit an Application Packet.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 29, 2031.
