(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management at risk services to the government authority located in Atlanta, GA. – Provide construction management at risk services for the new special purpose facility project located at the agency. – Provide comprehensive pre–construction and construction services, including early design assist services, cost modeling, constructability and maintainability reviews, trade packaging strategies, scheduling, logistics planning, subcontractor procurement, and overall construction management.• The special purpose facility project is comprised of two components and will be executed as follows:– A new approximately 1,800–bed, 780,000–square–foot detention facility to be located on the agency.– A separate accelerated housing component, currently planned as an approximately 480–to–500–bed,120,000–square–foot facility.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2026. (3) Pre–bid conference will be held on September 1, 2026.
