TRAVEL-1929 - USA (Galloway, New Jersey) - Hotel and Conference Services - Deadline December 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide hotel and conference services to the government authority located in Galloway, NJ.– Provide a pre–event walkthrough to view all Conference Rooms, and Breakout Rooms on the beginning day of each yearly event. – Provide full tours for guests with accessibility needs at 6:45 p.m. on Fridays for each event. – The Murphy Writing staff and venue managers/organizers will exchange cell phone numbers to have open communication during the event when addressing site–specific concerns. – For every 50 hotel guest rooms that are booked under the event, the Contractor shall provide one (1) complimentary guest room at no additional cost during the dates of the event. – Bidder/Contractor must have at least two (2) guest rooms with roll–in showers, and at least eight (8) guest rooms with walk–in showers available for reservation for each yearly event. –The food and beverage requirements shall consist of the following general categories: • Dessert – Reception, including gallon beverages of coffee, tea, and water. • Breakfast Buffets, including gallon beverages of coffee, tea, juice, and water. • Lunch Buffets, including gallon beverages of coffee, tea, juice, and water. • Dinner Buffets, including gallon beverages of coffee, tea, juice, and water. – Specific meal and beverage counts will be provided by the University within 72 hours prior to the first meal of the event.
