(1) Vendor needs to provide air education services to the government authority located in Louisville, KY.• Educate the public about the negative health effects of poor air quality and the connection between air quality and transportation choices.• Create a constituency of citizens who support improved air quality, i.e. the Network/Friends of the Air.• This group of individuals, organizations, schools, and businesses actively helps to promote better air quality.• Raise awareness of “Ozone Season” and of the voluntary measures available to improve air quality during episodic poor air quality conditions (Air Quality Alert Days)• Encourage transportation–related changes in consumer behavior that contribute to improved local air quality• To public transit, carpooling, vanpooling, and bicycle commuting), and support efforts to voluntarily reduce air pollution, including reduced idling.• Develop a regional advertising strategy for air quality and public health awareness.• Encourage drivers to reduce and eliminate unnecessary vehicle idling.• Promote regular vehicle maintenance and adoption of fuel–efficient, environmentally friendly driving choices.• Encourage employers and commuters to use alternatives to single–occupancy vehicles.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than Jul 27, 2026.
