Vendor needs to provide membership growth strategy service. – Conduct an objective review of Organization’s membership model, including acquisition, retention, chapter performance, lifecycle trends, and organizational capacity. Identify the most impactful levers for multi–year growth.– Recommend scalable, cost–efficient acquisition approaches for the next three years, including priority audiences, digital channels, partnerships, chapter roles, and reactivation strategies.– Identify practical retention improvements—onboarding, first–year engagement, renewal communications, at–risk member identification, and lapsed–member win–back—that can materially strengthen multi–year growth.– Evaluate Organization’s value proposition and competitive position. Recommend targeted adjustments to messaging, positioning, or offerings that strengthen perceived value over the next three years.– Conduct right–sized qualitative or quantitative research appropriate to Organization’s budget. The consultant should propose a cost–efficient methodology.
