(1) Vendor needs to provide security systems services to the government authority located in Denver, CO.– Preventive maintenance, onsite support, incident response, Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance, and project services for detention systems.– Covered systems include biometrics, CCTV, VMS, intercoms, duress alarms, access control, touchscreen controls, doors and locks and detention specific equipment.– Computer hardware and software version control: Maintain detention control software and hardware (Indusoft HMI, Omron CX Supervisor, Salient VMS, applicable firmware updates, cameras).– Microsoft SQL alarming database: Support configuration, archiving, transaction log maintenance, and troubleshooting by qualified personnel.– Maintain camera mappings, views, and naming conventions; document and execute mapping updates when camera IDs change.– Define minimum graphics and video acceleration requirements for HMI and VV workstations, install compatible video cards, and validate configurations.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 23,2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on September 22, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for four years.
