(1) Vendor needs to provide carnival services.– Festival includes entertainment such as live music, magicians, a kid stage, children’s activities, and various food and craft vendors.– Professionally administer and operate three days of carnival rides, games, and concessions for the festival.– Equip and operate a minimum of twelve (12) rides.– Concession stands and food booths.– Game booths.– Ticket booths.– Ticket sales (pre–sale)– ATM machines.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 30,2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
