(1) Vendor needs to provide mineral asset evaluation and consulting services to the government authority located in Bismarck, ND. – To identify qualified firms that can provide independent technical and financial advisory services with expertise in mineral asset valuation, production forecasting, drilling activity analysis, market and future analysis, and executive–level reporting to support the state's management of its oil and gas mineral assets.– Monitoring and reporting on drilling, completion, and production activity; – Semiannual and annual valuation of the state's oil and gas mineral assets; – Production forecasting and future development analysis; – Custom geographic information system (GIS) mapping and spatial analysis; – Market intelligence, commodity price outlooks, and industry trend analysis; – Executive–ready reports, presentations, dashboards, and visualizations that translate complex technical and financial information into actionable insights for decision–makers; and – Other advisory services that support strategic management of the state’s oil and gas mineral interests.
