Description

(1) Vendor needs to provide queue systems, customer service and wayfinding services at and around the security screening checkpoints operated by the transportation security administration to the government authority located in Denver, CO.– These tasks require 33 staffed positions.1. Manage the queue systems, customer service, and wayfinding services at and near the security checkpoints or areas where designated by the Program Manager (PM)2. Minimize security wait times and maximize throughput at the security checkpoints through active diverting of passengers to the other available checkpoint(s) with the lowest wait times.3. Manage the queue systems, passenger flow, customer service, and wayfinding services.4. Manage passenger flow, customer service, and wayfinding services in the Jeppesen Terminal and on the Concourses during overnight hours when AGTS train service is limited.5. Provide the highest level of customer service to all passengers and stakeholders at International Airport.6. Provide general passenger wayfinding services in all areas of the Jeppesen Terminal and Concourses when requested.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026.
