Lease of City Owned Property

The City of New Smyrna Beach (herein after, “City”) has issued this Request for Proposals (hereinafter, “RFP”) 'Project ID 'Project Title , with the sole purpose and intent of obtaining proposals from individuals or companies interested leasing a multi-story building located at 120 Flagler Avenue, New Smyrna Beach, Florida 32168. The successful proposer must adhere to City Ordinances, Land Development Codes and meet or exceed all terms, conditions and specifications of the city. The successful proposer will hereinafter be referred to as the "Lessee". If an award is made it shall be made to the best overall proposer(s) whose proposal is most advantageous to the city, taking into consideration the evaluation factors set forth in this RFP. The city shall not use any other factors or criteria in the evaluation of the proposals received.
