(1) Vendor needs to provide security guard services to the government authority located in Las Cruces, NM.•  Develop and provide a comprehensive security plan that security guards will follow on a daily basis when providing services to the government center, which will help ensure the safety of county employees and the public and alert necessary persons to emergency situations in a timely manner. • Disaster Response Security Services• Training and education • Provide all necessary information to complete background checks of each guard assigned to this site, at no cost to the Contractor, prior to the guard’s placement at this site.
