(1) Vendor needs to provide 24x7x365 tele behavioral health emergency department support services to the government authority located in Aberdeen, SD. • Provide synchronous audio–video tele behavioral health services 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, including weekends and federal holidays, unless otherwise specified in a task order utilizing Webex or another platform identified by the Indian Health Service• Suicide risk assessment and completion for patients presenting with suicidal ideation or attempt.• Crisis intervention, de–escalation guidance, and reassessment as indicated.• Individualized Stanley–Brown safety planning, including lethal means counseling when appropriate.• Placement coordination for higher levels of care (e.g., inpatient psych, crisis stabilization, detox), including documentation of placement attempts.• Language access coordination: interpreter services (telephonic/VRI/ASL) available within 15 minutes of request and documented.• Culturally responsive and trauma–informed care, with annual training for clinicians (e.g., cultural competency, implicit bias, trauma–informed care)
