STAFF-16345 - USA (West Nyack, New York) - Occupational Therapist Service - Deadline July 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide occupational therapist service to the government authority located in West Nyack, NY. – Provide occupational therapy services to provide direct services to students for the following school year 2026–2027.– Provide occupational therapist to perform related services and component district school aged students with a variety of disabilities in school programs during school hours.– Occupational therapist may be required to evaluate students during school hours. Travel among multiple locations may be required.– Occupational therapist reports to the school administrator assigned to each school location and reports any issues or concerns to that administrator.– Occupational therapist provides services in accordance with each students IEP. Medicaid notes on each student are due the day of service and are inputted via the Kinney System.– IEP updates are required for each student at least quarterly as well as yearly progress summary updates.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
