Description

Rangovas įsipareigoja per Sutartyje nustatytus Darbų atlikimo ir Statybos užbaigimo terminus, laikydamasis Darbų vykdymo grafiko, Sutartyje nustatytomis sąlygomis atlikti, perduoti ir užbaigti orlaivių angarų Veiverių g. 132, Kauno m. statybos darbus pagal Techninį darbo projektą („Transporto paskirties grupės, garažų paskirties pastatų - orlaivių angarų Veiverių g. 132, Kauno m. statybos projektas“), suteikti Darbams atlikti būtinas Inžinerines paslaugas, kaip numatyta Sutartyje, taip pat ištaisyti po Darbų atlikimo termino nustatytus defektus, o Užsakovas įsipareigoja sudaryti Rangovui būtinas sąlygas Darbams atlikti, Sutartyje numatyta tvarka priimti tinkamai atliktų Darbų rezultatą ir sumokėti Rangovui Sutarties Kainą Sutartyje numatytomis sąlygomis ir tvarka.
