(1) Vendor needs to provide floating restaurant and food services to the government authority located in Yonkers, NY. – Develop and operate a floating restaurant on the river. – Provide, install, open, operate, maintain, winterize, repair, and protect the floating restaurant and related operator–controlled improvements. • Barge/vessel:– Proposed barge/vessel dimensions and characteristics, hull inspection and due diligence, naval architecture and stability analysis, inspection access and the required gangway landing footprint, landing configuration, clearances, elevations, loads and interface requirements. – Vessel mooring, anchoring, pile, and gangway–interface requirements, including anticipated loads and operating tolerances.– Identify its required connection size, potable–water demand, pressure, flow, metering, backflow prevention, isolation, freeze protection, maintenance access, and point–of–connection requirements.• Restaurant fit–out: – Final design of restaurant interior fit–out.– Commercial kitchen design.– Food service equipment design.– Architectural design of the restaurant building/enclosure.• Operations:– Operator business plan or market analysis.– Restaurant operation licenses and permits (local, state)– Sample menu with prices– Staffing– Insurance– Maintenance planning(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 7, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years. (4) Pre–bid site visits will be held on September 23, 24 and 25, 2026.
