QUALITY-2842 - USA (Bellaire, Texas) - Esoteric Testing Services - Deadline July 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide esoteric testing services to the government authority located in Bellaire, TX.– Clinical Laboratory Services, including HIV genotyping and HIV drug resistance genotyping, are currently provided by an external vendor on an as–needed basis, depending on patient care needs.– Maintain confidentiality of all patient and client data in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Harris Health policies. – HSV Type 1/HSV Type 2 qPCR and PCR. – VZV qPCR. – Neutrophil Oxidative Burst Test. – HIV–1 Genotyping drug resistance. – HHV8 Genotyp.– HIV–1 Integrase Genotyping. – Provide all tests listed above, as well as any additional tests agreed upon in the future, on an as–needed basis determined by patient care needs. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 06, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.
