(1) Vendor needs to provide logo design, guidelines and branding services.– Develop a comprehensive and enduring brand identity that reflects the city's unique heritage, forward–looking vision, community character, and regional appeal.– Visioning and brand discovery.– Schematic design.– Design development.– Design documentation and implementation assets.– Establish the strategic foundation for the city's brand identity through stakeholder engagement, research, public outreach, and brand discovery activities.– Develop preliminary brand attributes, messaging themes, storylines, naming categories, and brand filters to guide subsequent design efforts.– Develop and present preliminary visual identity concepts for evaluation by the city and the public.– Develop basic branded stationery templates.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 26, 2026.
