(1) Vendor needs to provide short term rentals (STR) database and reporting system. – STR Database should allow staff to append additional information in separately created fields, separate from the aggregated characteristics.– Screenshots and photographs should contain readily identifiable information such as date taken and URL or other such information that makes it readily identifiable. – STR Database should include and archive screenshots of the STR listings as well as copies of the photographs appended to the STR listings. – STR Database should be searchable and sortable by aggregated characteristics, as well as STR address.– Create and maintain database of short–term rental units.– Software must interface of accept data files from CitizenServe for violation processing.– Provide reports, analysis, documentation and access to online data as required.– Monitor STRs regular for compliance with codes and ordinances.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 28, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years.
