(1) Vendor needs to provide trademark and licensing exclusive agent service. • Provision of trademark licensing and brand management services for agency. • Support licensing administration, royalty collection, trademark protection and enforcement, merchandise program development, and related services intended to enhance institutional brand value and generate revenue.• Responsible for actively seeking and engaging new licensed vendors to the program and work to expand product offering at retail• Exclusive agent to license, protect, and promote the use of one or more of said marks and logos in connection with the marketing of various articles of merchandise in such a manner as to preserve the integrity, character and dignity and maintain the reputation of the marks and logos as designating high–quality merchandise.• Provide a web–based, digitally interactive system that provides the University a platform for artwork review and approval, royalty collections dashboard, and vendor status(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Nov 10, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years. (4) Non–Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on Nov 10, 2026.
