AI2C Building Renovation Building Commissioning Services

Seeking building and building systems Commissioning Services for our AI2C building renovation project. The submitting agency must provide examples of building construction and building system commissioning services and hold certification/s in these areas. The project is for a renovation of an existing warehouse building on the main campus to create the Applied Industrial Artificial Intelligence Center of North Carolina. The building size is approximately 25,000 square feet and is an unoccupied, unconditioned space constructed of CMU block walls, interior steel frame over a concrete slab floor with a built-up roof system. The objective is to create classroom and lab space for Artificial Intelligence, Agri business, building trades and customized training. The selected vendor will work with the Design Architect, General Contractor, and owner to provide design input, construction and quality assurance oversight from design development through owner occupancy to ensure the building and building systems are designed, installed, tested, and performing according to the owner's project requirements.
