The City of Santa Monica seeks a qualified firm to provide for the design, installation, consultation and integration of video display, management, and dissemination technology along with workspace console installation into its future, Santa Monica Analytical Real-Time Center or “SMART Center”. The SMART Center will be a mission critical, around-the-clock, Real Time Crime Center (RTCC) used to harness all City of Santa Monica technological sources of intelligence into one center, where it can be analyzed and disseminated into the field to achieve more efficient and effective detection, response, and investigative approaches to modern law enforcement activities.
