(1) Vendor needs to provide catering services to the government authority located in Portsmouth, VA. – To provide meals, refreshments, and related services for community meetings, training, outreach activities, youth programs, and City–sponsored events. • General catering• Food truck and mobile food services• Buffet–style meals• Individually packaged meals• Boxed breakfasts and lunches• Grab–and–go meals• Light refreshments• Snacks and desserts• Nonalcoholic beverage service• On–site food preparation and service– Services may be requested for small meetings, recurring programs, large community events, and short–notice community response activities.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026.(3) The contract period will be two years.
