(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management services to the government authority located in San Pablo, CA. – Construction management services to manage and inspect giant road bridge repair project and giant road pavement rehabilitation.• Giant road bridge repair project:– The removal and replacement of bridge deck joints.– The removal and replacement of deteriorated and unsound concrete.– The cleaning and treatment of exposed reinforcing steel.– The bridge deck pavement conforms work.– The placement of a polyester concrete overlay across the entire bridge deck.– The replacement of roadway striping and pavement markings.• Giant road pavement rehabilitation project:– Localized pavement base repairs.– Crack sealing.– Slurry seal.– ADA–compliant curb ramps.– Sidewalk.– Roadway striping and pavement markings.– Associated traffic control and incidental work.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.
